DOG FOULING ENFORCEMENT (failing to remove dog faeces)

Where an authorised officer believes a person has committed an offence he/she may give that person the opportunity to discharge any liability to conviction by payment of a FIXED PENALTY (£80)

You will have the opportunity to pay the discounted amount of £50 if you do so within 10 days following the date of the notice (FPN).

Chinnor Parish Council will be displaying notices (for Dog fouling) in visible areas around Chinnor, and fully support SODC and Thames Valley Police (PCSO’s) with the enforcement.

Please be reminded to clean up after your dog, do not drop litter and do not place posters in unauthorised places.

This is for the benefit of the Environment and Village community to provide a cleaner and safer place to live.
