Application Ref: P17/S0574//RM Amended Details

Proposal: Reserved Matters following permission P14/S1586/O – appearance, landscaping, layout and scale. Amended by plans dated 12 and 15 May 2017.

Address: Land east of Crowell Road

Recommendation: Approval

 

Application Ref: P17/S1138/HH Amended Details

Proposal: Garage conversion and single storey rear/side extension, new vehicle driveway and new garden shed (as amended by plans dated 3-5-17 showing relocation of shed and increased parking area)

P17/S1101/HH Part demolition of a lean-to boiler room. Construction of replacement structure to connect to existing study. New structure to include rear porch and boot room at Yew Trees, Crowell Hill.
