6.5 Planning Matters
6.5.1 Report from Cllr Ashdown and Rowton-Lee following attendance of SODC Local Plan briefing meeting. Cllr Ashdown to prepare a report regarding the need for better communication with neighbouring district councils. Cllr Rowton-Lee to prepare a report with regard to the lack of commercial planning and inadequate planning for the future needs.
6.5.2 To confirm meeting with Diocese regarding land development – 30th October, Council Chamber, 7pm
6.5.3 Conversion of existing Tabernacle to create 1 new dwelling to be named – Bridleway Barn, Sprigs Holly
6.5.4 Tree Preservation Order – 17S29 – southern corner of field located due south west of 1 Oakley Lane
7 Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan
7.1 To discuss and agree formal review process for Chinnor Neighbourhood Plan – it was agreed that a meeting be set up with the SODC officer as soon as possible in order that an informed decision can be taken.
8. Clerks Report A problem with a parked caravan has been reported to SODC enforcement who have responded stating they cannot take any action as it is a Civil matter and suggested that the residents contact CAB for further help and advice.
